We, the Origins of Carrascal, Cantilan, Madrid, Carmen and Lanuza, all of the Province of Surigao del Sur, with the guidance of the Almighty Father had ventured into the desert of Saudi Arabia, whose common belief is to achieve goals thru united efforts with respect to the customs and tradition of the host country in order to obtain a true brotherhood, do hereby elected and ordain this new set of officers and members for the year 2007-2008!
